Terms and Conditions

 Thank you for your selection from adorn.house. We want to be sure things go well between us, so here are a few things we need to make clear.

  1. We value you as a customer
    • We are happy to answer any questions you may have prior to placing an order. We will supply you with any information we have access to about the products we sell. We want you to be certain about your purchase, because......
  2. THERE ARE NO RETURNS:
    • Each item you order from us is special ordered from our suppliers. They do not accept returns, and so we regret that we cannot accept returns either. We are from Seattle, the land of Nordstrom, so this feels very foreign to us, however, we are a small business, and this is just how it has to be.
  3. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
    • Just in case you had any questions about #1.
  4. We highly recommend that you buy color samples prior to placing any wallpaper order.
    • Screens are different, lighting effects color, and all wallpaper manufacturers use different paper, ink, and printing methods which will effect the look and feel of the finished product. 
    • If you don't like the quality of the wallpaper once you get your order, and you didn't order a color sample, we did warn you. If you did order a color sample, unfortunately, that was the time to confirm that you were happy with the product. If there is a significant difference between the sample you received and the finished product, please refer to #5.
  5. THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO #1 AND #2 IS IN THE CASE OF DAMAGE OR DEFECT, AND THEN ONLY IF OUR VENDOR WILL TAKE THE RETURN
    • Everyone makes mistakes. Sometimes things don't turn out how everyone wants them to. If something is damaged when it gets to you or there is a defect in the manufacturing of your product, please be patient and kind and we will do our best to help you as quickly as we can.
    • In these cases we need to hear from you within 24 hours of your receipt of the item from the shipper. If there is visible damage to the packaging - do not accept the delivery and call us right away. We will do our best to get a replacement item on the way to you just as soon as possible.
    • Don't wait too long to open things up, count them, and be sure it's what you order. Again,  you have 24 hours to let us know if there is something we need to attend to.
    • We will need to get sufficient information from you in order to process returns with our vendor. If the information you provide is not complete or compelling to our vendor, THEN REFER TO #1 AND #2.
  6. WHEN ORDERING WALLPAPER PLEASE BE CERTAIN YOU HAVE ORDERED THE CORRECT AMOUNT. 
    • Wallpaper is produced in batches, and varies slightly from batch to batch. We will ship your order all from the same lot. Please order enough to complete your entire order at one time. We recommend ordering a little extra, because as we previously mentioned, nobody is perfect and either you or your installer may have a human fallibility moment and some of your paper may be lost. 
    • Your order may come from a different batch or lot than the sample you ordered came from. There may be a very slight difference between your sample and the final product. This is to be expected and is NOT a reason for a return. All of your product, however, will be from the same batch.
    • If you happen to need more (because you love it so much you want to install more of the same pattern) Please give us the batch or lot number of the rolls you have. You must place add-on orders by phone. If our vendor has any paper left from the same lot, we will get it to you, however, there is no guarantee we can do this.
    • We will do our best to make this enjoyable for you, because otherwise, what's the point of doing it. Please understand that in many situations our hands are tied.
