Many years ago I first discovered Timorous Beasties in a friends' shop in Seattle. It was called Ornamo, and it was right on historic Occidental Square. When he closed up and I found my first storefront, they were the first vendor I reached out to. 

The expression of color, scale, and cheekiness of TB is such a joy. From remakes of historic toile patterns reimagined for the modern world to large scale thistles, the national flower of Scotland, this gorgeous wallpaper just works.

Timorous Beasties, is named after a line in the Robert Burns poem To a Mouse.

How apt! the visual poetry that is Timorous Beasties could only come from a love of art.
