Shipping policy

Our products are NOT stocked at our Seattle location, but ship directly to you from our worldwide suppliers. 

Some items are made to order, so there are no guaranteed about delivery time. Rest assured, all parties involved want you to have your products as quickly as possible, but with new and ever changing import rules, the process of importing and distributing goods has become more complex and sometimes takes longer.

WALLPAPER is always shipped from a central location. All wallpaper sellers ship this way. Given that a wallpaper order needs to ship from the same lot or production run, wallpaper is never stocked at the resellers and always ships from the individual brands manufacturing or distribution hub. Because we are not packing and shipping your product we can to supply a tracking number until we receive it from our vendor. Once we get it we will forward it to you.

There are many other websites with links to every single thing you can imagine, we try to be more people focused, and since we are real people selling products made by real people we cannot promise shipping times.
